It is amazing that in the year 2025, State of Illinois COVID policy is still in full swing. JB Pritzker still has State Employees in COVID Protocol “3 days on, 2 Days Off!” The following week, these workers, must switch with other office workers, “2 days on, 3 Days Off!”

This is a complete waste of tax payers money!  This is verified to be occurring in every State of Illinois Agency for office workers. Despite it being almost four years since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems that some states are still struggling to handle the situation. In this case, we’re talking about Illinois and their state employees.

It’s an unfortunate reality that Governor JB Pritzker’s COVID protocol is still in effect for state employees. This means that they have to work three days on and then get two days off in order to minimize contact with others and reduce the spread of the virus. While this may seem like a responsible measure, it has become increasingly clear that it is simply a waste of taxpayers’ money.

Can you imagine how much money is being spent on paying these employees for two days off each week?

This guy is such an asshole that he doesn’t ever go to bat for those that work for him. 17 people work for him directly and at every turn or situation he turns his back on these 17 people. If the Main company states that one of the 17 is in the wrong, TC will agree and do his best to make sure that one of those is set as the example.

If the contractor that TC works under states that one of the 17 is in the wrong, TC will be the first to ensure that the one in 17 is aware and is told about it. Most times, this is stated publicly and to let everyone know that the one in 17 is made an example of. All the while this person states, “it is what it is” or “I’m not going to stick my neck out for that” or the classic “I don’t know what else I could have done”.

This guy is so arrogant that he believes that because he has held his position for so long that he believes it is because he is good at it. No, the reason he has held his job so long and longer than a normal person is because he always is willing to screw his employees and never backs them. Doing this to make himself look good. When I brought this up to the HOA, these mother fuckers told me to hire a cleaning company to clean out the vent.  No you asses… I can’t clean out the vent if it won’t exhaust to the outside.So then they tell me to just move the duct on the inside of my home to align with the new roof.  Oh okay… so if you guys replace the siding, and put siding over my windows.  It’s my job to just get new windows?  No you stupid fucks… just do the siding right.  Do the roof right.  Don’t be assholes because you fucked up and tell the roofing company to come back and fix my vent.  Because this shit is not up to code and will cause a fire.

I’m walking my dog last weekend on the sidewalk, and yeah I may be on this site later for having a dog who occasionally shits on someone’s lawn, but listen to this.  My neighbor, instead of putting up a “please curb your dog” sign, put actual mousetraps on his front lawn to stop dogs from walking on his grass.  Too far bro.  They are dogs.  If it shits on your lawn and the owner doesn’t pick it up, I fully respect your right to pick that up and throw it back to the owner.  If a dog shits in your lawn, you should be able to go and shit in the owner’s lawn yourself.  But don’t be an asshole and put mousetraps on your lawn and hurt the dog.  It’s a dog.  He doesn’t know.  Take it out on the owner.
